Endorsed by Esther Rantzen, AAH provides a total accident management service to the public- including personal injury, credit hire and credit repair services as well as claim settlement solutions through its electronic claims management platform.
As well as being Chairman of the Claims Standards Council, Darren is a representative on the MoJ’s Regulatory Consultative Group. He worked closely with the Claims Management Regulator on the implementation of regulation and continues to remain involved in all regulatory and industry matters.
Darren’s interests outside work include travelling, wine and football.
Simon Goldhill
Simon is a co-founder and the Group Business Affairs Director of InterResolve, the only non-solicitor, neutral, organisation in the UK able to work directly between injury claimants-in-person and at-fault insurers. Prior to that, he practiced as a solicitor in the City and Central London for over 20 years and established businesses in the legal sector. He also sits on the boards of two successfully growing companies in the not-for-profit sector.
Anthony Sultan
Anthony Sultan has been a prominent figure in the Claims Management sector for over 7 years. He was a co-founder in 2003 of a claims handling company initially specialising in endowment mis-selling claims. The company became the largest in its sector under Anthony’s leadership. Anthony has been a staunch advocate of regulation from the very early days, believing passionately in the introduction of regulation through the Claims Standards Council, to ensure that only professional operators could continue to practice. The enactment of the Compensation Act 2006 formalised this regulation under the DCA - since renamed the Ministry of Justice.
In addition, he worked on the government advisory committee responsible for the defining of the regulatory framework. Anthony has actively lobbied MPs, Ministers and the FSA to expose some of the unfair tactics adopted by lenders. Sensitive to the short comings of many claims management companies, Anthony set up his own niche company in 2008 - The Financial Claims Service. The business is based upon a more holistic approach in line with clients’ current expectations, encompassing the values that he himself believes in - that of a more transparent, ethical and client focused approach to claim resolution.
Anthony also operates a consultancy business, providing CMCs and law practices with advice, training and support on running consumer credit claims. Anthony is regularly interviewed by the national press, radio and TV as a leading authority in the sector.
Andy Wigmore - Policy Director
Managing Director of Gunpowder media Communications, he also is a Director of HCML – the UK’s leading rehabilitation company and holds a number of director posts in healthcare companies
