Overview: The Claims Process Reforms come into force soon and everyone involved in the personal injury, legal and insurance sector will be looking forensically at how they will affect them.
The Claims Standards Council will be hosting a conference on Wednesday 24th February to bring the industry up to date on how the various stakeholders are preparing for the changes.
