A research-based review of no win, no fee arrangements in England and Wales has been announced


Failure to break down the barriers to effective rehabilitation is costing manufacturers up to £610m a year, according to a new report. Compiled by EEF, the manufacturers’ organisation – and in partnership with Unum – the Sickness Absence Report 2008 reveals that those organisations that do not encounter any barriers to rehabilitating employees have absence rates 0.7% lower than those with barriers, resulting in the annual loss of 4.5 million days of work.
